❓ How to Prepare Risotto (Serves 2–3)

• 1 cup Arborio rice
• 3–4 cups warm broth (vegetable or chicken)
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
• ½ cup dry white wine (optional)
• ¼–½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• Salt & pepper to taste

Method: Keep the broth warm. In a wide pan, sauté onion in oil until translucent. Add rice and toast for 1–2 minutes. Gradually add warm broth one ladle at a time, stirring continuously for about 18–20 minutes until creamy. Remove from heat, stir in butter and Parmesan, cover and let rest briefly before serving.
