8.5 If a customer orders a carton quantity, Green Spot reserves the right to ship the items either in their original carton or unpacked depending on packaging and shipping conditions.
8.6 If the customer chooses a non-refrigerated shipping method (as clearly specified on the website), they bear full responsibility for any damage, melting, or spoilage. No returns or compensation will be accepted in such cases.
8.7 If a customer provides an incorrect or city-mismatched shipping address, Green Spot bears no responsibility, and no compensation will be provided. The customer must resolve the issue directly with the shipping company. Returns of food items are not accepted due to spoilage risks and public health safety.
9. Returns and Exchanges
9.1 Non-food products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in original condition.
9.2 Food products can only be returned in case of manufacturing defects or shipping damage — not resulting from non-refrigerated delivery methods.

14. Promotions and Discounts
14.1 If there is a conflict between a marketing bundle and a discount coupon, only one discount will be applied. Green Spot is not responsible if the system applies the lower discount, and it is the customer’s responsibility to verify the applied discount before completing the purchase.
14.2 As a general rule, marketing bundles and coupon codes cannot be combined. The customer must choose one.
14.3 If a coupon code is added after a bundle is already in the cart, the system will automatically apply one of the two discounts.
