    1. Return Policy

    Eligible Products for Return:

    Non-food products can be returned within 7 days from the purchase date.
    Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

    Non-Returnable Products:

    All food products, including refrigerated, frozen, or perishable items such as milk and cheese, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage, provided the issue is not due to choosing non-refrigerated shipping or entering an incorrect address.
    Opened or used products.

    Damaged products resulting from misuse or failure to follow storage or usage instructions.

    Steps to Request a Return:

    Contact us at info@greenspotsa.com with your order number and product details.
    After reviewing your request, we will send you return shipping instructions.

    Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days after the product is received and inspected.

    2. Exchange Policy

    Eligible Products for Exchange:

    Non-food products can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, under the same conditions as returns.
    If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it free of charge.

    Steps to Request an Exchange:

    We will send return shipping instructions.

    Green Spot will cover the shipping cost for replacements only if the error is on our part; otherwise, the cost is borne by the customer.

    3. Customer Responsibility in Case of Incorrect Address

    If you enter an incorrect address or request shipping to the wrong city, Green Spot is not responsible for any loss or damage.
    If the order is returned due to incorrect address or refusal to receive it, food products will be disposed of for public health reasons, and no refund will be issued.

    4. Important Notes

    Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the error is from our side.
    All returned products must be in original condition with all accessories included.

    This policy is applied in accordance with the general Terms and Conditions published on our website.

    In case of any conflict between this policy and the general Terms and Conditions, the Arabic version of the Terms and Conditions shall prevail and be considered the official and binding reference.
